The booking price includes exclusive use of The Clock Tower, its parking space, kennel run and garden from 3pm on the afternoon of your arrival until 10 am on the day of your departure.
We make up the bed for you with fresh, laundered linen and supply and hand towel and bath sheet for each person as well as a hand towel for the upstairs loo and tea towels for the kitchen.
Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap and loo rolls are supplied but no food.

Reservations
In order to reserve the cottage, if your arrival is more than 6 weeks away you need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit. This can be paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card. We do not take either cash or cheques.
The balance and a refundable £150 damage deposit is due 6 weeks before your arrival.
If your holiday is within 6 weeks, then the whole amount, including the refundable damage deposit, is due on booking.
Cancellation Policy
We are such a small company that we cannot refund for cancellations: we will have turned other people away for your dates. We urge you to make sure of your plans before you commit to a booking and we also advise you to take out cancellation insurance. It costs a modest amount and will give you peace of mind. Things do happen and it is best to be prepared.
You can arrive at any reasonable time after 3pm and you need to have vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

We love dogs and your dog will love The Clock Tower. We supply bowls for water and food plus some old towels for washing and drying when you have been out for muddy walks. We do not provide dog food because so many animals seem to have allergies nowadays.
